【摘要】：我國行政審批制度改革是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)變化的過程,與行政體制改革進(jìn)程,市場成熟程度以及社會(huì)力量成長密切相關(guān)。正是由于這種動(dòng)態(tài)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,使得不同階段的行政審批制度改革在我國具有不同的特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)容,在推進(jìn)過程中也面臨不同的難題和困境。通過對A省2012—2015年新一輪行政審批制度改革執(zhí)行過程的長期跟蹤研究,嘗試深入分析地方政府行政審批制度改革執(zhí)行困境的新變化,并提出進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)的策略。
[Abstract]:The reform of the administrative examination and approval system in China is a dynamic process, which is closely related to the reform process of the administrative system, the maturity of the market and the growth of social forces. It is precisely because of this dynamic correlation that different stages of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system have different characteristics and contents in our country, and they also face different difficulties and difficulties in the process of promotion. Based on a long-term study of the implementation process of the new round of administrative examination and approval system reform in province A from 2012 to 2015, this paper attempts to deeply analyze the new changes in the implementation difficulties of the local government administrative approval system reform, and puts forward some strategies for further promotion.
