【摘要】：中國已經(jīng)形成了規(guī)模巨大、構(gòu)成復(fù)雜、形態(tài)多元的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會,這對政府治理產(chǎn)生了極大的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。面對快速傳播的數(shù)據(jù)信息、突發(fā)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、網(wǎng)絡(luò)新興事物等,政府應(yīng)積極轉(zhuǎn)變職能,適時(shí)更新治理觀念,優(yōu)化治理方式,提升治理能力,采用互動式的電子政務(wù)模式,為群眾提供更加科學(xué)、便利、高效的社會服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:China has formed a large scale, complex and diversified network society, which has a great impact and challenge to government governance. In the face of the rapid dissemination of data information, sudden network public opinion, network emerging things, the government should actively change its functions, timely update the concept of governance, optimize governance methods, enhance governance capabilities, and adopt interactive e-government mode. To provide more scientific, convenient and efficient social services for the masses.
