【摘要】：中國慈善組織參與貧困治理經(jīng)歷了從被排斥、被接受到受歡迎的過程。在這一過程中,慈善組織逐漸發(fā)展壯大,不僅豐富了貧困治理資源,創(chuàng)新了貧困治理的方法與模式,而且弘揚了現(xiàn)代慈善理念。但在目前的脫貧攻堅戰(zhàn)略實施中,慈善組織參與貧困治理還存在資源和效率有限、專業(yè)化程度不高以及參與機制不健全、法律體系不夠完善等問題。促進慈善組織參與貧困治理需從健全減貧制度體系,建立貧困信息共享平臺,加強慈善組織專業(yè)化建設(shè)和完善法律政策體系等方面多管齊下。
[Abstract]:The participation of Chinese charitable organizations in poverty management has gone through a process from exclusion and acceptance to popularity. In this process, the charity organization develops gradually, not only enriches the poverty management resources, innovates the method and model of poverty management, but also carries forward the modern charity idea. However, in the implementation of the strategy of overcoming poverty at present, there are still some problems such as limited resources and efficiency, low specialization, imperfect participation mechanism, imperfect legal system and so on. To promote the participation of charitable organizations in poverty management, it is necessary to improve the poverty reduction system, establish a poverty information sharing platform, strengthen the professional construction of charitable organizations and improve the legal and policy system.
