【摘要】：道德在社會(huì)治理中具有重要的支撐作用,突出體現(xiàn)為:道德能夠?yàn)槎嘣鐣?huì)治理主體的存在和合作提供合理性和可能性論證,并內(nèi)隱于主體的價(jià)值觀念之中影響整個(gè)治理體系的運(yùn)行,為社會(huì)治理奠定基礎(chǔ);道德不僅以柔性規(guī)范的非成文形式構(gòu)成社會(huì)治理的制度基礎(chǔ),而且與其他成文制度相得益彰,保障成文制度的良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和變革創(chuàng)新,提升社會(huì)治理的效能;道德還能夠凝聚社會(huì)共識(shí),規(guī)范社會(huì)秩序,為社會(huì)治理創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的價(jià)值環(huán)境和社會(huì)氛圍,推進(jìn)社會(huì)治理的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:Morality plays an important supporting role in social governance, which is highlighted as follows: morality can provide rationality and possibility for the existence and cooperation of multiple social governance subjects. And implicit in the main body of the values affect the operation of the entire system of governance, for social governance, the foundation of social governance; morality not only form the system of social governance in the form of flexible norms, but also complement other written systems. To ensure the sound operation and innovation of the written system, to enhance the effectiveness of social governance, to consolidate social consensus, to standardize social order, and to create a good value environment and social atmosphere for social governance. To promote the smooth progress of social governance.
