【摘要】：繼美國“9·11”事件之后,恐怖主義在全球愈演愈烈,并逐漸將目標轉(zhuǎn)移至平民,這嚴重威脅到世界的和平發(fā)展。近年來,我國境內(nèi)的恐怖活動也頻繁發(fā)生,并呈現(xiàn)出從邊疆向內(nèi)陸蔓延發(fā)展的趨勢。此外,在對恐怖主義的定性問題上,我國還飽受西方國家“雙重標準”的困擾。恐怖活動有組織有預謀,以突然襲擊為主要方式,給各國政府帶來極大挑戰(zhàn)。于政府而言,恐怖襲擊發(fā)生后,及時的信息發(fā)布有助于協(xié)調(diào)危機溝通中的各方關系。恰當?shù)男揶o選擇能提升危機處理效率,有效控制可能產(chǎn)生的不良影響。此外,危機修辭還向公眾傳遞著政府態(tài)度,優(yōu)秀的修辭表達對政府恢復形象、獲得信任、提升公信力有重要意義。具體到恐怖襲擊事件危機管理中,修辭選擇既要考慮到當時的語境、危機情境,也隨著不同主體各具差異。優(yōu)秀的修辭策略,更能為危機管理效果加分。本文從危機管理的核心問題——傳播與溝通出發(fā),以危機傳播的修辭學取向相關理論為基礎,以恐怖襲擊事件中政府的危機修辭為研究對象,通過個案分析、修辭批評、媒介內(nèi)容分析,尋求政府在恐怖襲擊事件中危機修辭的運用規(guī)律,并結合中國實際國情,尋找出既符合普遍意義,又適合中國國情的危機修辭策略。
[Abstract]:Following the September 11 incident in the United States, terrorism has become more and more intense in the world and has gradually shifted its target to civilians, which seriously threatens the peaceful development of the world. In recent years, terrorist activities in China also occur frequently, and show a trend of spread from the frontier to the inland. In addition, in the qualitative issue of terrorism, China is also plagued by Western "double standards". Organized and premeditated terrorist activities, mainly in the form of surprise attacks, pose a great challenge to governments. For the government, timely release of information in the aftermath of a terrorist attack helps to coordinate relations in crisis communication. Proper rhetoric choice can improve the efficiency of crisis management and effectively control the possible adverse effects. In addition, crisis rhetoric also conveys the government attitude to the public, and excellent rhetoric expression is of great significance for the government to restore its image, gain trust and enhance its credibility. In the crisis management of terrorist attacks, rhetorical choice should not only take into account the context, crisis situation, but also with the different subjects have their own differences. Excellent rhetorical strategies can add to the effectiveness of crisis management. Starting from the core problem of crisis management-communication and communication, based on the theory of rhetorical orientation of crisis communication, this paper takes the rhetoric of government crisis in terrorist attacks as the research object, through case analysis, rhetorical criticism. Based on the analysis of the media content, this paper seeks the application law of the government crisis rhetoric in the terrorist attack, and combines with the actual situation of China to find out the crisis rhetoric strategy which not only accords with the universal meaning but also suits the Chinese situation.
