【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院對(duì)于統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的進(jìn)一步施行。城鎮(zhèn)化作為現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的必由之路和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)已經(jīng)越來(lái)越受到了廣泛的關(guān)注。黨的十八大報(bào)告提出走中國(guó)特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路,強(qiáng)調(diào)要提升城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量,推動(dòng)工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化良性互動(dòng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府職能也隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)需要進(jìn)行著不斷的調(diào)整和適應(yīng)。在推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)過(guò)程中,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府也面臨著許多問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),這些都是需要我們研究的重要課題。本文旨在根據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)化背景下農(nóng)業(yè)地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府職能發(fā)展近況及問(wèn)題,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)其發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析,探尋農(nóng)業(yè)地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府職能切實(shí)可行的優(yōu)化對(duì)策,以期對(duì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化背景下鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府建設(shè)發(fā)展有一個(gè)全面的了解,更好地指導(dǎo)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府建設(shè)和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the Party Central Committee, the State Council for the further implementation of urban and rural development goals. As the only way of modernization and development strategy, urbanization has been paid more and more attention. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party proposed to take a new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and stressed the need to improve the quality of urbanization. With the development of the times and the economic and social needs, the functions of the township government in promoting industrialization and urbanization are constantly adjusted and adapted. In the process of promoting urbanization, the township government is also facing many problems and challenges, all of which need to be studied. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems arising from the development of township government functions in agricultural areas under the background of urbanization, and to explore practical and feasible optimization countermeasures for the functions of township governments in agricultural areas. It is expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction and development of the township government under the background of urbanization in China, and to better guide the construction and development of the township government in the agricultural areas of China.
