民族“差異性”認(rèn)知的“限度”

【摘要】:尊重客觀的民族"差異性"是民族平等的理性根據(jù),也是多元文化保護、民族政策制定和國家建構(gòu)的重要考量依據(jù)。但是,基于民族"差異性"認(rèn)知的主觀性,消極的認(rèn)知直接影響著民族政策制定、地方政府行政以及個體對"差異性"的"越限"工具性利用,成為政治特權(quán)索求、經(jīng)濟利益索取、文化中心論的誘因,導(dǎo)致系列政治現(xiàn)象和民族問題。因此,民族"差異性"認(rèn)知的限度制約著制度規(guī)范下相關(guān)機構(gòu)和個體的行為限度,只有尊重文化差異,立足公民身份,堅守政治、法律、民族寬容的邊界和底線,才能服務(wù)于長遠(yuǎn)的民族團結(jié)和國家政治穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Respecting the objective national "difference" is the rational basis of national equality, as well as the important consideration basis for multicultural protection, ethnic policy formulation and national construction. However, based on the subjectivity of national "difference" cognition, the negative cognition directly affects the national policy formulation, the local government administration and the individual "over-limit" tool utilization of the "difference", which becomes the political privilege claim. Economic interest demand, the inducement of cultural center theory, leads to a series of political phenomena and national problems. Therefore, the limits of national "difference" cognition restrict the behavior limits of relevant institutions and individuals under institutional norms. Only by respecting cultural differences, basing on citizenship, adhering to the boundaries and bottom line of politics, law and national tolerance, In order to serve the long-term national unity and national political stability.
