【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展及大數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的普及,智慧城市越來越作為城市社會治理改善及服務(wù)提升的重要途徑。從社會治理、智慧城市的概念入手,就社會治理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的協(xié)同性差、信息共享不足、社會棘手問題突出進(jìn)行分析,并在論述智慧沈陽建設(shè)邏輯基礎(chǔ)、相互關(guān)系、多元主體、目標(biāo)取向、總體規(guī)劃及模式、信息開放共享及融合程度建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對智慧城市社會治理創(chuàng)新在頂層的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、大數(shù)據(jù)的共建共享、智慧應(yīng)用的廣泛推廣及參與主體的多元化建設(shè)方面提出對策和建議,以期達(dá)到社會治理模式的創(chuàng)新、社會治理程度的精細(xì)、社會治理合作的協(xié)同、社會治理布局的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the popularization of big data, intelligent city is becoming an important way to improve urban social governance and service. Starting with the concept of social governance and intelligent city, this paper analyzes the present situation of social governance and its poor synergy, insufficient information sharing, and social thorny problems, and discusses the logical basis and mutual relationship of the construction of intelligent Shenyang. On the basis of the status quo of multi-subject, goal orientation, general planning and mode, information opening and sharing and the degree of integration, the planning and design of social governance innovation in intelligent cities at the top, big data's co-construction and sharing, In order to achieve the innovation of social governance mode, the fine degree of social governance, the coordination of social governance cooperation and the unity of social governance layout, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the wide application of wisdom and the diversified construction of participating subjects.
