【摘要】：政府形象,作為政府的一種特有資源,它時(shí)時(shí)刻刻反應(yīng)著政府內(nèi)在素質(zhì)和外在表現(xiàn),也是公眾對(duì)政府行為滿意度的一種總體評(píng)價(jià)。因?yàn)榫W(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的不斷更新與進(jìn)步,公眾網(wǎng)絡(luò)意識(shí)也在逐步提升,對(duì)微博的關(guān)注也在逐步增多,隨之政府也逐漸地利用政務(wù)微博來提升自己的形象。公眾期待政府在執(zhí)政過程中能夠做到公正、公開和透明,然而事物總是在曲折中前進(jìn),政務(wù)微博在被官方使用的過程中還有很多不足。當(dāng)下,地方政務(wù)微博也不甘示弱,地方政府工作人員積極組織建立自己的官方微博,雖然在數(shù)量上具有一定的優(yōu)勢(shì),但在質(zhì)量上良莠不齊,還有許多需要改進(jìn)的地方。如何提高政務(wù)微博的使用價(jià)值,凸顯其在政府形象塑造方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),推動(dòng)政務(wù)微博規(guī)范地向前發(fā)展,使其更好地為政府服務(wù)。本文立足于政務(wù)微博對(duì)政府形象的塑造,以烏蘭察布市委宣傳部官方微博為實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析論證,總結(jié)和分析了政府形象的涵義和重要性,政府形象塑造的現(xiàn)有方式和存在的問題,以及對(duì)政務(wù)微博的涵義、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和重要性,政務(wù)微博在塑造政府形象中的有利之處做了介紹。在對(duì)烏蘭察布市委宣傳部官方微博的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,政府形象塑造的情況進(jìn)行深入的分析上總結(jié)了政務(wù)微博存在的困境,同時(shí)提出了政務(wù)微博塑造政府形象的策略。
[Abstract]:Government image, as a special resource of government, reflects the internal quality and external performance of government all the time, and it is also a general evaluation of public satisfaction with government behavior.Because of the continuous renewal and progress of the network technology, the public network consciousness is also gradually raised, the attention to Weibo is also gradually increasing, and the government gradually uses the government Weibo to improve its image.The public expects the government to be fair, open and transparent in the process of administration. However, things are always going forward in twists and turns, and there are still many deficiencies in the process of being used by the government.At present, Weibo of local government is not willing to show weakness, local government staff actively organize and set up their own official Weibo, although they have certain advantages in quantity, but the quality is mixed, there are still many areas that need to be improved.How to improve the use value of government affairs Weibo, highlight its advantages in shaping the image of the government, promote the government affairs Weibo to develop in a standardized way, and make it serve the government better.Based on the portrayal of the government image by government affairs Weibo, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the meaning and importance of the government image with the example of Weibo, an official of the propaganda Department of the Wulanchabu Municipal Party Committee, and summarizes and analyzes the meaning and importance of the government image.This paper introduces the existing ways and problems in shaping the government image, as well as the meaning, the present situation and the importance of the government affairs Weibo, and the advantages and disadvantages in the shaping of the government image.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the official Weibo of the propaganda Department of the Wulanchabu Municipal Party Committee and the shaping of the government image, this paper sums up the predicament of the political affairs Weibo, and puts forward the tactics of shaping the government image of the government.
