【摘要】：論文以明溪縣的華僑村官為研究對象,分析了華僑回國擔任村官的社會結(jié)構(gòu)性因素和個人因素。認為中國農(nóng)村選舉制度的普及是該群體產(chǎn)生的社會制度性因素,地方政府的動員推動了他們參與的積極性;個體對家鄉(xiāng)的認同感與歸屬感以及傳統(tǒng)的"衣錦還鄉(xiāng)"追求,則是華僑村官參與鄉(xiāng)村治理的重要內(nèi)在動力。華僑擔任村官后,運用自己曾在國外務(wù)工經(jīng)商的經(jīng)歷優(yōu)勢,對國內(nèi)與國外的資源進行動員,在僑鄉(xiāng)的建設(shè)方面取得了可喜的成績。華僑村官對僑鄉(xiāng)的社會治理是中國鄉(xiāng)村治理的一種特殊類型,對中國農(nóng)村社會治理模式具有借鑒作用。不過,隨著在僑鄉(xiāng)成長的第一代移民的老去,第二代、第三代移民對家鄉(xiāng)日益陌生,鄉(xiāng)村回流人口必然隨之減少,僑鄉(xiāng)社會治理模式的未來走向還有待觀察。
[Abstract]:Taking the overseas Chinese village officials in Mingxi County as the research object, this paper analyzes the social structural factors and individual factors of overseas Chinese returning to China as village officials.It is believed that the popularization of the rural electoral system in China is the social system of this group, and the mobilization of local governments promotes their enthusiasm for participation, the individual's sense of identity and belonging to his hometown, and the traditional pursuit of "rich clothes and returning home".It is an important internal power for overseas Chinese village officials to participate in rural governance.After serving as village officials, overseas Chinese used their own experience of working and doing business abroad to mobilize domestic and foreign resources, and achieved gratifying results in the construction of overseas Chinese villages.The social governance of overseas Chinese village officials is a special type of rural governance in China.However, with the aging of the first generation of immigrants growing up in the hometown of overseas Chinese, the second generation and the third generation of immigrants are increasingly unfamiliar with their hometown, and the population returning from the countryside will inevitably decrease. The future trend of the social governance model of the rural areas of overseas Chinese remains to be seen.
