【摘要】：[目的/意義]政府網(wǎng)站作為電子政務(wù)的組成部分,提升其建設(shè)效率、促進(jìn)公眾采納已成為實(shí)現(xiàn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的重要環(huán)節(jié)。[方法/過程]政府網(wǎng)站的公眾采納首先要解決的是公眾的初始采納問題,因此,基于技術(shù)接受模型,結(jié)合信任理論、行為執(zhí)行意向理論和現(xiàn)狀偏好理論,構(gòu)建出政府網(wǎng)站公眾初始采納行為研究模型,旨在解釋初始采納行為是如何產(chǎn)生,以及揭示意向與行為間的關(guān)系黑箱。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]通過定量的實(shí)證分析,證實(shí)信任、感知有用性正向影響初始采納意向,初始采納意向正向影響初始采納行為;發(fā)現(xiàn)初始采納執(zhí)行意向在初始采納意向與初始采納行為的關(guān)系間發(fā)揮中介效用,現(xiàn)狀偏好對初始采納行為的負(fù)向影響及對初始采納意向與初始采納行為之間的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)顯著。這為政府采取措施來促進(jìn)公眾采納政府網(wǎng)站提供了新的理論參考,為電子政務(wù)領(lǐng)域的采納研究提供了新的研究模型。
[Abstract]:As an integral part of e-government, the government website has become an important link to realize the modernization of national governance, to improve its construction efficiency and to promote public adoption.[methods / process] the first problem to be solved for public adoption on government websites is the initial adoption of the public. Therefore, based on the technology acceptance model, combined with trust theory, behavioral executive intention theory and current situation preference theory,This paper constructs a research model of the initial adoption behavior of the public on the government website, which aims to explain how the initial adoption behavior occurs and to reveal the black box of the relationship between intention and behavior.[results / conclusion] through quantitative empirical analysis, it is proved that trust, perceived usefulness positively affect initial adoption intention, and initial adoption intention positively affects initial adoption behavior.It is found that the initial adoption intention plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the initial adoption intention and the initial adoption behavior. The negative effect of the present situation preference on the initial adoption behavior and the adjustment effect between the initial adoption intention and the initial adoption behavior are significant.This provides a new theoretical reference for the government to take measures to promote the adoption of the government website and a new research model for the adoption research in the field of e-government.
