【摘要】：政府治理超越政治差異和政府形式,成為變革社會中永恒的政治命題。結(jié)構(gòu)功能主義理論和系統(tǒng)諧變邏輯契合現(xiàn)代化進程中我國政府治理機制的演進。適應(yīng)性諧變機制基于社會有機論和場域互動預(yù)設(shè),強調(diào)發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)性、整體性和協(xié)同性,以彈性穩(wěn)定為核心設(shè)計,是動力系統(tǒng)、建塑系統(tǒng)、調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)和連接物耦合形成的正向轉(zhuǎn)變機制,對我國政府治理模式嬗變的實踐具有較強解釋力和啟發(fā)性。對我國政府治理適應(yīng)性諧變機制和多維復(fù)合型有限政府治理模式的探索,或許可為我國政府治理現(xiàn)代化提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Governance goes beyond political differences and forms of government, It has become the eternal political proposition in the changing society. The theory of structural functionalism and the system harmonic logic are in line with the evolution of Chinese government governance mechanism in the process of modernization. The adaptive harmonic mechanism is based on the social organic theory and the presupposition of field interaction. Emphasizing the systemic, holistic and synergistic nature of development, with elastic stability as the core design, which is a forward transformation mechanism formed by the coupling of power systems, building systems, regulating systems and connectors, It has a strong explanatory power and inspiration to the practice of the change of government governance mode in our country. The exploration of adaptive harmonic mechanism of government governance and multi-dimensional complex limited government governance model may provide reference for the modernization of government governance in our country.
