【摘要】：筆者將以新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)全區(qū)性民辦非企業(yè)單位作為本篇論文的研究對象,采用文獻(xiàn)法、查閱法和資料收集法等辦法對本篇論文中所涉及的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料進(jìn)行收集整理。通過對相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料進(jìn)行分析研究,盡可能全面的概括出新疆全區(qū)性民辦非企業(yè)單位的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、特點和態(tài)勢。同時,結(jié)合相關(guān)的分析研究的結(jié)果,有針對性地指出新疆全區(qū)性民辦非企業(yè)單位在發(fā)展中存在問題和不足,如總體數(shù)量不足、地域分布不均衡、結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展不平衡、自身缺少高素質(zhì)專業(yè)人才等諸多問題。并就新疆民辦非企業(yè)單位發(fā)展中存在的問題從外部宏觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境多方面、多角度的進(jìn)行定量分析。首先,以2001年~2015年15年期間新疆全區(qū)的民辦非企業(yè)單位的數(shù)量為單位,分析人口發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和社會發(fā)展程度等外部宏觀因素對新疆全區(qū)性民辦非企業(yè)單位在數(shù)量規(guī)模上的影響。通過Pearson相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析,分析這些外部因素對新疆民辦非企業(yè)單位是否存在影響和影響的程度有多大。其次,以2013年~2015年期間新疆民辦非企業(yè)單位的星級評估結(jié)果作為民辦非企業(yè)單位發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的體現(xiàn),分析專職員工培養(yǎng)、薪酬管理、福利狀況、內(nèi)部制度管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者受教育程度等內(nèi)部發(fā)展因素對新疆民辦非企業(yè)單位自身發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的影響。通過Pearson相關(guān)性分析和回歸分析,分析這些內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素對新疆民辦非企業(yè)單位的發(fā)展質(zhì)量是否存在影響和影響的程度有多大。最后,結(jié)合上述定量分析和定性研究結(jié)果,提出促進(jìn)新疆全區(qū)性民辦非企業(yè)單位健康發(fā)展和良性運行的一些對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The author will take the non-enterprise units run by the local people in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region as the research object of this paper and adopt the literature method. The methods of consulting and data collection are used to collect and organize the relevant data and materials involved in this paper. Through the analysis and study of the relevant data and materials, Generalize as comprehensively as possible the development situation, characteristics and situation of non-enterprise units run by private enterprises in the whole region of Xinjiang. At the same time, combined with the results of relevant analysis and research, Pointing out the problems and deficiencies in the development of non-enterprise units run by the local people throughout Xinjiang, such as the shortage of the total number, the imbalance in the regional distribution, and the imbalance in the development of the structure. Lack of high-quality professional personnel and many other problems. And the problems in the development of non-enterprise units run by the people in Xinjiang from the external macro environment and internal development environment, multi-angle quantitative analysis. Based on the number of private non-enterprise units in Xinjiang during the 15-year period from 2001 to 2015, the population development situation is analyzed. The influence of external macro factors, such as the level of economic development and the degree of social development, on the quantity and scale of non-enterprise units in Xinjiang. Through Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis, This paper analyzes the extent of the influence and influence of these external factors on private non-enterprise units in Xinjiang. Secondly, the star-level evaluation results of private non-enterprise units in Xinjiang from 2013 to 2015 are taken as the embodiment of the development of private non-enterprise units. This paper analyzes the influence of internal development factors, such as full-time staff training, salary management, welfare status, internal system management and leader education, on the development of non-enterprise units in Xinjiang. Through Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis, This paper analyzes whether these internal environmental factors have an impact on the development quality of non-enterprise units run by private enterprises in Xinjiang. Finally, combining the above quantitative analysis and qualitative research results, Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the healthy development and benign operation of non-enterprise units in Xinjiang.
