【摘要】：體育公共服務(wù)均等化是構(gòu)建小康社會、和諧社會，滿足人們?nèi)�、和諧、自由發(fā)展的基本要求。本論文運用文獻資料法、實地調(diào)查法等對吉林省內(nèi)多個城市的體育公共服務(wù)均等化發(fā)展的情況進行調(diào)查，了解現(xiàn)狀，，發(fā)現(xiàn)諸多問題，如：缺乏整體的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、體育公共服務(wù)體系不完善、體育公共服務(wù)資源投入不平衡、民間資本提供服務(wù)缺乏引導(dǎo)、群眾體育參與不均衡等。研究認為現(xiàn)階段吉林省體育公共服務(wù)發(fā)展的路徑包括：一是出臺更多切實可行的文件政策，為體育公共服務(wù)發(fā)展保駕護航；二是加快吉林省體育事業(yè)管理體制創(chuàng)新；三是發(fā)揮城市間經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的帶動作用，努力縮小城際、城鄉(xiāng)體育差距；四是加強體育設(shè)施建設(shè)，加強投資引導(dǎo)；第五要重視體育社會指導(dǎo)員隊伍的建設(shè)和合理分配；第六要加強宏觀調(diào)控，發(fā)揮政府在發(fā)展體育公共服務(wù)中的指導(dǎo)作用；第七要努力擴大體育參與。另外，可以通過組織、承辦和宣傳體育賽事，提高體育服務(wù)的水平。
[Abstract]:Equalization of public sports services is the basic requirement of building a well-off society and a harmonious society, and meets the basic requirements of comprehensive, harmonious and free development of people. The field investigation method and so on carries on the investigation to the Jilin Province many cities' sports public service equalization development situation, understands the present situation, discovers many problems, for example: lacks the overall development plan, the sports public service system is not perfect, The input of sports public service resources is not balanced, the private capital provides the service to lack the guidance, The research shows that the development path of sports public service in Jilin Province at present includes: first, issuing more feasible document policies to protect the development of sports public service; Second, accelerate the innovation of sports management system in Jilin Province; third, give full play to the driving role of economic development among cities, and strive to narrow the gap between urban and rural sports; fourth, strengthen the construction of sports facilities and strengthen investment guidance; 5th it is necessary to attach importance to the construction and rational distribution of sports social instructors; 6th to strengthen macro-control and give play to the guiding role of the government in the development of public sports services; and 7th to strive to expand sports participation. Hosting and publicizing sports events to improve the level of sports services.
