【摘要】：正政府的科研管理模式亟需適應(yīng)原始型創(chuàng)新的需要而改革,而轉(zhuǎn)變中國(guó)人以常規(guī)型知識(shí)為主的知識(shí)認(rèn)知模式,確立以超常型默示知識(shí)為主的知識(shí)認(rèn)知模式,是文化創(chuàng)新的根本創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)是中國(guó)未來(lái)發(fā)展的決定因素,既能破解發(fā)展難題,又決定其他發(fā)展理念實(shí)現(xiàn)的程度。我們不僅要認(rèn)識(shí)到創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)的必要,而且要研究創(chuàng)新的質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)新的質(zhì)量將決定中國(guó)未來(lái)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量,要把創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)建立在高質(zhì)量的水平上。
[Abstract]:The scientific research management mode of the government needs to be reformed to meet the needs of primitive innovation, and to change the knowledge cognitive model of Chinese people, which is based on conventional knowledge, and to establish the knowledge cognitive model with the supernormal tacit knowledge as the main part. It is the fundamental innovation of cultural innovation that has already been the decisive factor of China's future development. It can solve the problem of development and determine the degree of realization of other development ideas. We should not only realize the necessity of driving innovation, but also study the quality of innovation. The quality of innovation will determine the quality of China's future development.
