【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府在生態(tài)治理過程中存在主體責(zé)任不明確、對生態(tài)治理與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展之間關(guān)系認識不充分,以及生態(tài)治理體系不完善等問題,這些都制約著鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府生態(tài)治理能力的提升。在鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域內(nèi)通過更新治理理念、重構(gòu)主體結(jié)構(gòu)、變革治理方式和創(chuàng)新治理機制,達到提升鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府生態(tài)治理能力的目標,才能從根本上實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域內(nèi)生態(tài)的有序治理。
[Abstract]:In the process of ecological governance, the township government has some problems, such as unclear responsibility of the subject, insufficient understanding of the relationship between ecological governance and economic development, and imperfect ecological governance system. All of these restrict the improvement of the ecological governance ability of township government. Through renewing the concept of governance, reconstructing the main body structure, changing the governance mode and innovating the governance mechanism, we can achieve the goal of improving the ecological governance ability of the township government. In order to fundamentally realize the orderly management of the ecology in the township area.
