【摘要】：當(dāng)前人類正在進(jìn)入新的社會(huì)形態(tài),以網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)和人工智能技術(shù)為核心的新的信息技術(shù)體系,正在賦予人類社會(huì)新的組織形態(tài)、生存空間、社會(huì)主體和行為模式�；诘燃�(jí)科層體系的整個(gè)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)形態(tài)下的管理模式在新的時(shí)代下都將產(chǎn)生實(shí)質(zhì)性的變化。因此,無(wú)論從管理理論,還是管理實(shí)踐而言,都必須進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整和適應(yīng),以便在重大的人類社會(huì)形態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)型面前做好準(zhǔn)備。本文認(rèn)為,人類在新時(shí)代的公共管理體系最終會(huì)形成三個(gè)變革:管理科層會(huì)被壓縮但是不會(huì)被消失;宏觀微觀的距離會(huì)被拉近但是區(qū)別不會(huì)被取消;人工智能會(huì)全面參與管理但是不會(huì)完全替代人類。
[Abstract]:At present, mankind is entering a new social formation. The new information technology system, with network technology, big data technology and artificial intelligence technology as the core, is giving human society a new organizational form and living space. Social subject and behavior pattern. The management mode under the whole traditional social formation based on hierarchical hierarchy system will produce substantial changes in the new era. Therefore, whether from the management theory or management practice, Must be adjusted and adapted accordingly in order to prepare for the great transformation of human society. The public management system of human beings in the new era will eventually form three changes: the management layer will be compressed but will not be disappeared, the macro and micro distance will be drawn closer but the distinction will not be removed; Artificial intelligence will be fully involved in management but will not completely replace humans.
