【摘要】：對(duì)地方官員晉升機(jī)制的文獻(xiàn)研究由來已久。通過對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)史的回顧,官員晉升領(lǐng)域的學(xué)術(shù)研究呈現(xiàn)出不斷深化的趨勢(shì)。就晉升錦標(biāo)賽層面的功績(jī)制晉升爭(zhēng)論、硬指標(biāo)考核下的淘汰型政治激勵(lì)以及投資中博弈所帶來的多任務(wù)應(yīng)激結(jié)果出發(fā),已有研究既有著相當(dāng)?shù)膶W(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn),但又存在著分析層次、對(duì)象差異、操作機(jī)制以及實(shí)證方法等層面的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文以標(biāo)尺賽、錦標(biāo)賽、資格賽與淘汰賽四種競(jìng)賽模式解構(gòu)了官員晉升,并就未來的研究提出了可供深化的方向。
[Abstract]:The literature on the promotion mechanism of local officials has a long history. Through the review of academic history, the academic research in the field of official promotion shows a trend of deepening. Under the hard index examination, the elimination political incentive and the multi-task stress result brought by the game in the investment, the existing research not only has the considerable academic contribution, but also has the analysis level, the object difference. On the basis of this, this paper deconstructs the promotion of officials in four competition modes: scale, tournament, qualification and knockout. At the same time, the direction of further research is put forward.
