【摘要】：三峽庫(kù)區(qū)社會(huì)治理的基本問題和法治保障是國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力法治化的重要內(nèi)容。移民信訪、搬遷重建和環(huán)境保護(hù)等問題導(dǎo)致三峽庫(kù)區(qū)社會(huì)治理存在時(shí)代性和特殊性。土地征收、房屋拆遷、安置補(bǔ)償、就業(yè)安置、移民心理、移民信訪等問題給三峽庫(kù)區(qū)社會(huì)治理帶來(lái)治理困境和全新挑戰(zhàn)。倡導(dǎo)三峽庫(kù)區(qū)社會(huì)治理的法治理念和采取社會(huì)治理的法治方式才是社會(huì)治理法治化的基本途徑。研究三峽庫(kù)區(qū)社會(huì)治理法治保障可為社會(huì)治理法治化提供樣本。
[Abstract]:The basic problems of social governance in the three Gorges Reservoir area and the guarantee of the rule of law are the important contents of the national governance system and governance ability. The problems of relocation and reconstruction and environmental protection lead to the existence of the times and particularity of social governance in the three Gorges Reservoir area. Land expropriation, house demolition, resettlement compensation, employment resettlement, resettlement psychology. The problems of immigrants' letters and visits have brought difficulties and new challenges to the governance of the society in the three Gorges Reservoir area, and advocating the concept of the rule of law and adopting the rule of law method of the social governance in the three Gorges Reservoir area are the basic approaches to the legalization of social governance. The study on the legal guarantee of social governance in the three Gorges Reservoir area can provide a sample for the legalization of social governance.
