【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,檔案管理工作從傳統(tǒng)模式向信息化、自動化管理方向發(fā)展已成趨勢。隨著事業(yè)單位"增量檔案電子化"工作的深入開展,事業(yè)單位形成了一定規(guī)模的電子檔案,要確保電子檔案的穩(wěn)定與安全,必須加強電子檔案的規(guī)范管理。本文以事業(yè)單位電子檔案管理現(xiàn)狀為切入點,提出加強事業(yè)單位電子檔案管理的若干對策,旨在為提升電子檔案管理水平提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology archives management from traditional mode to informationization, automation management development has become a trend. With the increment of electronic archives institutions "further development of the institutions formed a certain scale of electronic archives, to ensure the stability and security of electronic archives, we must strengthen the standardized management of electronic archives in this paper. The electronic archives management of institutions as the starting point, puts forward some measures to strengthen the management of electronic archives institutions, in order to provide reference for enhancing the management level of electronic archives.

【正文快照】： 傳統(tǒng)檔案載體以紙質(zhì)材料為主,其保存要求受外部條件影響,有較大局限性,且查閱利用較為不便,檔案信息的價值不能得到充分體現(xiàn)。如,保存反映某特定業(yè)務(wù)工作的紙質(zhì)檔案,有可能需要十幾個卷宗盒;檔案工作依賴于人員手工操作,而這一過程往往工作繁雜、工作量大,工作水平和工作質(zhì)量
