【摘要】：到2020年,基本公共服務均等化總體實現(xiàn),是全面建成小康社會、提高人民生活水平的一項重要任務。目前,我國基本公共服務發(fā)生深刻的階段性變化。穩(wěn)步推進基本公共服務均等化,也存在城鄉(xiāng)基本公共服務供給差距大、供給總量不足、提供主體主要由政府主導等問題。需要從完善體制機制,促進城鄉(xiāng)基本公共服務均等化;堅持辯證思維,增加基本公共服務供給;深化改革,創(chuàng)新基本公共服務提供方式;突出重點,推進基本公共服務均等化等方面制定政策和措施。
[Abstract]:By 2020, the overall realization of equalization of basic public services is an important task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and improving the living standards of the people. China's basic public services have undergone profound stage changes. Steady progress in the equalization of basic public services, there is also a large gap between urban and rural basic public services supply, the total supply of insufficient. It is necessary to improve the institutional mechanism and promote the equalization of basic public services between urban and rural areas. Adhere to dialectical thinking and increase the supply of basic public services; Deepening reform and innovating the way of providing basic public service; Highlight key points and promote equalization of basic public services in formulating policies and measures.
