文章摘要:公司創(chuàng)業(yè)與戰(zhàn)略管理的耦合研究已成為創(chuàng)業(yè)與戰(zhàn)略研究領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。公司創(chuàng)業(yè)注重機(jī)會開發(fā)過程,試圖通過尋找和利用機(jī)會創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造,這種微觀活動必然會與戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)生關(guān)聯(lián)。然而到目前為止,國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界對機(jī)會與戰(zhàn)略的交叉融合研究卻顯得十分匱乏。針對這一現(xiàn)狀,首次嘗試?yán)脩?zhàn)略管理中不同學(xué)派的核心思想去解釋公司創(chuàng)業(yè)中的機(jī)會開發(fā)過程,,并提出認(rèn)知、資源與機(jī)會的關(guān)系模型,學(xué)習(xí)在其中起到支撐作用;在此理論基礎(chǔ)上,引出“戰(zhàn)略意圖”這一核心概念,從而完美融合了機(jī)會與戰(zhàn)略,最終成功凝練出機(jī)會開發(fā)與戰(zhàn)略管理的耦合模型。
Abstr:Coupling study of corporate entrepreneurship and strategic management has become one of the focuses of concern in the field of entrepreneurship and strategic studies. Corporate entrepreneurship is focusing on the pro- cess of opportunity exploration, trying to find and use opportunities to innovate and create; this micro activity is bound to the strategic management of the association. So far, however, the opportunities and strategic cross- fu- sion appears to be very scarce in domestic and foreign academic. In this paper, we will first attempt to use the different schools of thought in strategic management to explain the opportunity exploration and propose the rela- tional model of cognitive, resources and opportunities in which learning plays a supporting role. Based on this the- ory, we also lead to the core concept of 'strategic intent' which combines the opportunity to work with strategy and at last proposed the coupling model of opportunity exploration and strategic management.
