[摘 要] 戰(zhàn)略管理是研究型大學(xué)提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、提高整體水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展的重要途徑。中美研究型大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論來(lái)源相同、研究范式相仿、基本原因相似、基本目的一樣、基本過(guò)程一致、預(yù)期結(jié)果相近，然而，其歷史進(jìn)程、根本動(dòng)力、規(guī)劃方法、組織方式、評(píng)價(jià)控制、實(shí)際效果都截然不同。比較中美研究型大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略管理可以發(fā)現(xiàn)：理念培育是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的前提，素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的基礎(chǔ)，科學(xué)規(guī)劃是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的根本，大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的關(guān)鍵，組織控制是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的保障，政治文化是實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的土壤。[關(guān)鍵詞] 中美研究型大學(xué)；戰(zhàn)略管理

Comparative Study on Strategic Management in Chinese and American Research Universities

Abstract: The strategic management is an important way to promote the core competitiveness, to raise the overall level and to realize the leapfrog development for research universities. The strategic management of Chinese and American research universities has similar elementary theory to originate, research model, basic cause, basic goal, basic process and anticipated result. However, their historic courses, fundamental motivations, planning methods, organization ways, evaluation and control, and actual results are entirely different. Comparing strategic management of research universities with China and America, it can be discovered that the idea cultivation is the premise, the quality raise is the foundation, the scienti c plan is the basis, the president is the key, the organizational control is the safeguard, and the political culture is the soil to implement strategic management. 為在內(nèi)外環(huán)境的博弈中提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和綜合實(shí)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展，中美研究型大學(xué)紛紛制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理。中美研究型大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略管理既有不少相同之處，也有許多具體差

異。比較中美研究型大學(xué)戰(zhàn)略管理的異同，有利于我們回顧歷史，正視現(xiàn)實(shí)，查找差距，尋求借鑒，對(duì)于我國(guó)研究型大學(xué)健全和完善戰(zhàn)略管理具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。
