津巴布韋家用電器零售業(yè)的庫(kù)存管理,一個(gè)Electrosales案例

  由于區(qū)域主義和全球化力量,供應(yīng)鏈在地理上變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,它們的成功越來(lái)越依賴于有能力的物流和供應(yīng)鏈管理的專業(yè)知識(shí)。也就是說(shuō),倉(cāng)庫(kù)庫(kù)存管理是一個(gè)常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題,因此運(yùn)輸時(shí)間長(zhǎng),到貨時(shí)間不確定。該研究著眼于電子行業(yè)的Electrosales公司,對(duì)2014年至2018年在津巴布韋的倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理進(jìn)行了一系列研究。本文研究了所面臨的消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題在分組時(shí)提出了兩個(gè)主要問(wèn)題,即外包暢銷產(chǎn)品和舊產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存。仔細(xì)研究所述問(wèn)題會(huì)產(chǎn)生四個(gè)問(wèn)題,即不準(zhǔn)確的需求預(yù)測(cè),不合理的庫(kù)存分類,不科學(xué)的訂購(gòu)策略和不良的庫(kù)存方法。第三章介紹了用于抑制舊產(chǎn)品庫(kù)存的方法,即庫(kù)存方法,需求預(yù)測(cè)方法:簡(jiǎn)單移動(dòng)平均,指數(shù)平滑和加權(quán)移動(dòng)平均。此外,還介紹了安全庫(kù)存(q,r和t,s)的方法。)庫(kù)存政策和ABC分類。在第四章中,提出了一種用于采樣電子數(shù)據(jù)的庫(kù)存優(yōu)化解決方案。對(duì)于ABC分類,提出了排序和層次分析過(guò)程(AHP)的組合。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)不同類型的庫(kù)存開(kāi)發(fā)相應(yīng)的庫(kù)存管理策略,其中使用多準(zhǔn)則庫(kù)存分類(MCIC)方法的AHP用于加權(quán)產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)分類指數(shù),隨后使用隨機(jī)建模工具(q,r和t,s)來(lái)計(jì)算來(lái)自分類消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品的重新訂購(gòu)點(diǎn)...
