有效溝通的內(nèi)涵剖析

【摘要】:溝通的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵在于其有效性,而信息接收者能否接受并在多大程度上接受信息發(fā)送者發(fā)送的信息決定了溝通的有效程度。公開、公正、適度的信息才有可能被人們所接受。持有傳統(tǒng)管理思想的管理者不具備與被管理者進(jìn)行有效溝通的條件,因此其權(quán)力的作用受到影響。
[Abstract]:The essence of communication lies in its effectiveness, and whether the information receiver can accept and to what extent the information sent by the sender determines the effectiveness of the communication. Public, fair and moderate information is likely to be accepted. Managers who hold traditional management ideas do not have the conditions to communicate effectively with the managed, so the role of their power is affected.
