組織內(nèi)的異構(gòu)現(xiàn)象——R大學(xué)自習(xí)占位“制度”分析

【摘要】：正 我們首先來看一個(gè)現(xiàn)象。R大學(xué)共有四座教學(xué)樓:教一、教二、教三、教四。前三座教學(xué)樓建于1994年前,教四建于2003年。很多學(xué)生的自習(xí)在教室里進(jìn)行。筆者通過調(diào)查和觀察到的一些有趣現(xiàn)象是: 第一,自1994年起,教學(xué)樓中絕大多數(shù)教室的開放時(shí)間是早上7點(diǎn)到晚上10點(diǎn)半(以下簡稱“教學(xué)樓”)。學(xué)生每人在自習(xí)時(shí)一直使用兩個(gè)座位(即一張桌子)。這不代表教學(xué)樓的座位很寬裕。其實(shí)教學(xué)樓經(jīng)
