【摘要】：組織技術(shù)知識存量是為支持組織技術(shù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行的所有內(nèi)在資源的總和。這些資源在沒有活化之前以凝固態(tài)存在 ,只有當(dāng)組織把這些資源活化為現(xiàn)實(shí)能力 ,才能為組織帶來持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢。因此 ,組織要提高技術(shù)競爭能力 ,一方面要不斷地獲取關(guān)鍵的知識和技能 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的積累 ,但更重要的是能激活組織內(nèi)部的資源 ,把資源活化為現(xiàn)實(shí)競爭優(yōu)勢。本文從技術(shù)活動(dòng)層面提出了激活技術(shù)存量的機(jī)制和過程 ;并從組織和個(gè)體兩個(gè)方面就如何激活組織資源提出了激活的機(jī)理和策略 ,為組織最大程度地利用自身資源提供思路。
[Abstract]:The inventory of organizational technical knowledge is the sum of all internal resources to support the organization's technical activities. These resources exist in solid state before they are activated. Only when the organization activates these resources can it bring sustainable competitive advantage to the organization. Therefore, in order to improve the ability of technological competition, on the one hand, the organization must continuously acquire the key knowledge and skills to realize the accumulation of resources, but more importantly, it can activate the internal resources of the organization and activate the resources into the actual competitive advantage. This paper puts forward the mechanism and process of activating the technology stock from the technical activity level. The mechanism and strategy of how to activate organizational resources are put forward from two aspects of organization and individual so as to provide ideas for organizations to make maximum use of their own resources.
