【摘要】：正 近年來,中國注冊會計師協(xié)會堅持以誠信建設(shè)為主絨,以維護社會公眾利益為根本宗旨,在行業(yè)自律體制建設(shè)、提高行業(yè)監(jiān)管水平等方面,做了大量的工作。2004年3月,中注協(xié)頒布《會計師事務(wù)所執(zhí)業(yè)質(zhì)量檢查制度》建立了行業(yè)執(zhí)業(yè)質(zhì)量檢查制度,并確定了以幫助、教育、督促、提高為主要目的,以必要懲戒為補充的檢查指導(dǎo)思想。這項制度的建立,標志著包括業(yè)務(wù)報備制度、談話提醒制度、誠信檔案制度、自律懲戒制度和執(zhí)業(yè)質(zhì)量檢查制度在內(nèi)的行業(yè)自律監(jiān)管體系的基本形成。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) has done a great deal of work in the construction of self-discipline system and the improvement of the level of supervision of the industry. The Central Annotation Association promulgated the "system of Professional quality Inspection of Accounting firms" and established a system of professional practice quality inspection, and established an inspection guideline with the main purpose of help, education, supervision and improvement, supplemented by necessary discipline. The establishment of this system marks the basic formation of the industry self-discipline supervision system including the business reporting system, the conversation reminder system, the good faith archives system, the self-discipline disciplinary system and the practice quality inspection system.
