【摘要】：本文將《紅樓夢》中暗含的一些管理方法和改革思想,歸結(jié)為王熙鳳的維持性專制權(quán)威管理,賈探春的以利益為導(dǎo)向的分責(zé)分權(quán)管理,薛寶釵的以“義利觀”為指導(dǎo)的人本管理三種模式。并對其展開論述,敘述其特點,分析其原因,比較其利弊,提出自己的一些觀點。
[Abstract]:In this paper, some management methods and reform ideas implied in A Dream of Red Mansions are summed up as Wang Xifeng's maintenance autocratic authority management, Jia Tangchun's benefit-oriented separation of responsibilities and decentralization management. Xue Baochai's three modes of humanistic management guided by the concept of righteousness and profit. It also discusses its characteristics, analyzes its causes, compares its advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward some points of view.
