【摘要】：公安文書有鮮明的情報性、時效性,這就要求公安秘書人員在公文寫作上要有快速反應(yīng)能力。要提高公安文秘寫作的速度和質(zhì)量,必須培養(yǎng)訓(xùn)練公文作者敏捷思維習(xí)慣和能力,可以從豐富思維的內(nèi)容和訓(xùn)練思維方法入手。豐富思維內(nèi)容要靠信息的不斷積累,而公安文秘寫作常用的思維方法;比較與概括、分析與綜合、歸納與演繹等則是公文作者敏捷思維的必要條件。要提高公安文秘寫作敏捷思維水平,還應(yīng)注意克服思維惰性和思維定勢的負(fù)面影響,防止武斷輕率。
[Abstract]:The public security documents have distinct intelligence and timeliness, which requires the public security secretaries to have the ability to react quickly in the writing of official documents. In order to improve the speed and quality of public security secretary's writing, it is necessary to train the author's agile thinking habit and ability, which can be started from the rich content of thinking and the training of thinking method. The enrichment of thinking content depends on the accumulation of information, and the common thinking methods used in the writing of public security secretaries are: comparison and generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction are the necessary conditions for the agile thinking of official document writers. In order to improve the level of agile thinking in the writing of public security secretaries, attention should be paid to overcoming the negative influence of thinking inertia and thinking pattern, and preventing arbitrariness and recklessness.
