【摘要】：信息化是當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展的風(fēng)向標(biāo),對(duì)每一個(gè)工作崗位來(lái)說(shuō),信息環(huán)境下辦公軟件的有效使用已成為崗位效率提升的重要內(nèi)驅(qū)力。事實(shí)上,這種內(nèi)驅(qū)力的大小主要是由軟件使用過(guò)程的技巧化決定的,技巧化的實(shí)現(xiàn)主要體現(xiàn)在表象化階段、操作化階段、應(yīng)用化階段、問(wèn)題化階段、打造化階段、拓展化階段的有機(jī)結(jié)合上,所以,理解和掌握辦公軟件技巧化形成的階段特征顯得尤為重要。
[Abstract]:Information is the vane of social development nowadays. For every job, the effective use of office software in information environment has become an important driving force of post efficiency. In fact, the size of this kind of internal drive is mainly determined by the skill of the software usage process, and the realization of the technique is mainly reflected in the stage of representation, the stage of operation, the stage of application, the stage of problem making, the stage of building. Therefore, it is very important to understand and master the stage characteristics of office software skill formation.
