中國管理教育現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需要大量高層次的管理人才,人才的培養(yǎng)則需要我們大力發(fā)展管理教育。 現(xiàn)代意義下的中國管理教育是順應(yīng)改革開放的需要產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展起來的。在短短二十余年的時間內(nèi),中國的管理教育實現(xiàn)了史無前例的跨越式發(fā)展。在當(dāng)前新時代的特征下,管理教育的發(fā)展面臨著諸多機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。 針對國內(nèi)目前鮮有關(guān)于管理教育的系統(tǒng)性研究,本論文從三個部分來進(jìn)行論述: 第一部分,管理教育概述。對管理教育進(jìn)行了界定,指出本文所探討的范疇,對中外管理教育的發(fā)展歷史做了一個概括,并分析了中國管理教育的三種主要形式。 第二部分,中國管理教育的相關(guān)問題分析。包括管理教育所處的時代背景分析,主要分析知識經(jīng)濟(jì)、終身教育及全球化這三大宏觀背景對管理教育在諸多方面產(chǎn)生的影響;對管理教育人才供給與市場需求之間的差異分析;以及對國內(nèi)辦學(xué)力量與國際辦學(xué)力量間的競爭分析。 第三部分,發(fā)展中國管理教育的幾點思考。主要從五個方面來探索我國管理教育的發(fā)展。一是立足本土,充分吸收中國傳統(tǒng)管理思想的精髓;二是在借
[Abstract]:The development of economy needs a large number of high-level management talents, and the cultivation of talents requires us to develop management education vigorously. In the modern sense, Chinese management education has come into being and developed in accordance with the needs of reform and opening up. In a short period of more than 20 years, China's management education has achieved unprecedented leaps and bounds. Under the characteristics of the new era, the development of management education is facing many opportunities and challenges. In view of the lack of systematic research on management education in China, this paper discusses it from three parts: the first part is an overview of management education. This paper defines management education, points out the scope discussed in this paper, generalizes the development history of management education in China and foreign countries, and analyzes three main forms of management education in China. The second part is the analysis of the related problems of China's management education. It mainly analyzes the influence of knowledge economy, lifelong education and globalization on management education in many aspects. This paper analyzes the difference between the supply of talents and the market demand, and the competition between domestic and international schools. The third part, some thoughts on the development of management education in China. Mainly from five aspects to explore the development of management education in China. One is to base itself on the mainland, to fully absorb the essence of Chinese traditional management thinking; the other is to borrow money
