資源分割與產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的演化

【摘要】:資源分割理論是組織生態(tài)學(xué)的重要理論,它從資源分化的角度解釋了產(chǎn)業(yè)組織之間的競爭共存現(xiàn)象。資源分割理論的核心包括三個(gè)部分,一是資源分布的形狀,二是通用型組織的行為和演化,三是在既定的資源分布和通用型組織的行為方式下,專業(yè)化組織的行為和演化。研究表明,組織生態(tài)位寬度的差異和組織生態(tài)位的分離是組織之間競爭共存的基礎(chǔ),而組織之間存在的邊緣效應(yīng)、聚群行為和擴(kuò)散行為等行為機(jī)制,能抑制組織種群之間與種群內(nèi)組織之間的競爭排斥行為。資源分割會(huì)通過影響組織設(shè)立、組織成長和組織死亡而制約產(chǎn)業(yè)組織的演化。
[Abstract]:The theory of resource division is an important theory of organizational ecology, which explains the phenomenon of competition and coexistence among industrial organizations from the perspective of resource differentiation. The core of the theory includes three parts, one is the shape of resource distribution, the other is the behavior and evolution of general organization, and the third is the behavior and evolution of specialized organization under the established distribution of resources and the behavior of general organization. The results show that the difference of tissue niche width and the separation of tissue niche are the basis of competition and coexistence among organizations, and the behavior mechanisms such as edge effect, cluster behavior and diffusion behavior exist among organizations. It can inhibit the competitive exclusion behavior between the tissue population and the tissue within the population. The division of resources restricts the evolution of industrial organization by influencing organization establishment, organization growth and organization death.
