【摘要】：在高職院校中,培養(yǎng)能夠適應(yīng)企業(yè)需求的高素質(zhì)文秘人才,是高職院校文秘專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的重要目標(biāo),同時也是高職院校文秘專業(yè)建設(shè)改革應(yīng)當(dāng)始終堅持的方向。根據(jù)社會企業(yè)對文秘專業(yè)人才職業(yè)能力的需求,對高職文秘專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行研究與探討,以期能夠提升高職文秘專業(yè)人才職業(yè)能力與社會文秘崗位需求的契合性。
[Abstract]:In higher vocational colleges, the cultivation of high-quality secretarial talents who can meet the needs of enterprises is an important goal of the cultivation of secretarial professionals in higher vocational colleges, and is also the direction of the construction reform of secretarial majors in higher vocational colleges. According to the demand of social enterprises for the professional ability of secretarial professionals, this paper studies and probes into the training mode of the professional talents of secretarial majors in higher vocational colleges, in order to improve the correspondence between the professional ability of clerical professionals in higher vocational colleges and the demands of social secretarial posts.
