【摘要】：為了探索更好的解決管理的正確性和有效性兩大問題的路徑,進一步對管理的對象即系統(tǒng)深入研究,本文對照系統(tǒng)的組分與系統(tǒng)五大特點,對系統(tǒng)的管理原則進行了研究,認為系統(tǒng)管理包含元素核心原則、整體一致原則、守恒平衡原則、價值觀原則、自然模式原則、根本相成原則等六大管理原則,并分別對每個管理原則的內(nèi)涵、組成和要點進行了分析,這種原則型管理為有效開展系統(tǒng)管理提供了新的路徑。
[Abstract]:In order to explore a better way to solve the problems of correctness and validity of management, and to further study the object of management, that is, the system, this paper studies the management principles of the system by comparing the five characteristics of the system and the components of the system. It is considered that system management includes six management principles: element core principle, whole consistency principle, conservation balance principle, value principle, natural model principle, fundamental complementary principle, etc. The composition and key points are analyzed. This kind of principle management provides a new way to carry out system management effectively.
