決策權力和監(jiān)督權力在創(chuàng)新團隊中的不對稱配置

【摘要】:決策權力和監(jiān)督權力是組織內的兩項基本權利,二者在組織中的配置由組織工作的性質決定。團隊創(chuàng)新工作的性質決定了團隊創(chuàng)新治理收益是決策權力個人化的遞增函數(shù);團隊創(chuàng)新治理成本是監(jiān)督權力外在化的遞減函數(shù)。決策權力分散和監(jiān)督權力集中的不對稱配置有利于團隊創(chuàng)新效率的提高。決策權力和監(jiān)督權力在創(chuàng)新團隊中的具體配置情況取決于創(chuàng)新治理收益、創(chuàng)新治理成本、信息成本以及監(jiān)督成本之間的權衡。
[Abstract]:Decision power and supervisory power are two basic rights in an organization, and their allocation in the organization is determined by the nature of the organization's work. The nature of team innovation determines that the benefit of team innovation governance is an incremental function of decision-making power individualization, and the cost of team innovation governance is a decreasing function of externalization of supervisory power. Decentralized decision-making and asymmetric allocation of supervisory power are conducive to the improvement of team innovation efficiency. The allocation of decision power and supervisory power in the innovation team depends on the trade-offs among the benefits of innovation governance, the cost of information and the cost of supervision.
