【摘要】：本文對(duì)工商管理專業(yè)歷屆畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了跟蹤收集與統(tǒng)計(jì),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)青海民族大學(xué)工商管理專業(yè)學(xué)生畢業(yè)后普遍存在就業(yè)不理想的問題,其集中表現(xiàn)在學(xué)生高質(zhì)量就業(yè)率較低。鑒于此,本文研究顯示要提高工商管理專業(yè)高質(zhì)量就業(yè)率,學(xué)校必須革新傳統(tǒng)工商管理專業(yè)教學(xué)模式,且需及時(shí)更新教學(xué)知識(shí),增加師資力量,加強(qiáng)校企聯(lián)系。學(xué)生必須打好專業(yè)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ),做好職業(yè)規(guī)劃,為自己的未來做好準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the employment data of the past graduates of the major of business administration are collected and counted, and it is found that the employment of the students majoring in business administration of Qinghai University for nationalities is generally not ideal after graduation. Its concentrated performance is the student high quality employment rate is low. In view of this, this paper shows that in order to improve the high quality employment rate of industrial and commercial administration major, the school must innovate the traditional teaching mode of industrial and commercial administration specialty, and should update teaching knowledge, increase teachers' strength and strengthen the connection between school and enterprise. Students must lay a foundation of professional knowledge, make career plans and prepare for their future.
