談醫(yī)院人才招聘工作存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

【摘要】:醫(yī)院想要實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,最重要的是提高人才的質(zhì)量。但是隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)健康的要求不斷增加,醫(yī)院為了滿足人們的需要必須提高對(duì)人才的需要。本文主要分析了醫(yī)院人才招聘過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)問(wèn)題提出了一些建議和策略,希望能夠幫助醫(yī)院做好人才招聘工作,提高醫(yī)院的人才質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Hospital wants to realize sustainable development, the most important thing is to improve the quality of talents. However, with the development of social economy, the demand for health is increasing. In order to meet the needs of people, hospitals must improve the need for talents. This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the process of recruiting hospital talents, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies according to the problems, hoping to help hospitals to do a good job of talent recruitment and improve the quality of hospital talents.
