【摘要】：每個(gè)行為主體既生活在復(fù)雜的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中又生活在特定組織的雙重環(huán)境中 ,所以 ,主體間知識(shí)的傳導(dǎo)就受社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及組織的雙重約束。本文在社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念框架下探討了知識(shí)在組織內(nèi)的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中傳導(dǎo)的機(jī)理 ,進(jìn)而闡明社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的特征影響知識(shí)的傳導(dǎo)。在此基礎(chǔ)上 ,從知識(shí)的特征、知識(shí)的發(fā)送者及接收者的特征及知識(shí)傳導(dǎo)所發(fā)生的環(huán)境情境特征三個(gè)維度對(duì)知識(shí)傳導(dǎo)中產(chǎn)生的成本進(jìn)行探討
[Abstract]:Each actor lives in both the complex social network and the dual environment of a specific organization, so the knowledge transmission between the agents is subject to the dual constraints of the social network and the organization. In this paper, the mechanism of knowledge transmission in the social network within an organization is discussed under the conceptual framework of social network, and then the characteristics of the social network affect the transmission of knowledge. On this basis, the cost of knowledge transmission is discussed from three dimensions: the characteristics of knowledge, the characteristics of the sender and receiver of knowledge and the environmental situation characteristics of knowledge transmission.
