【摘要】：城市基礎設施的建設和管理成效對提高城市綜合競爭力具有重要作用 .城市基礎設施集成化管理信息系統(tǒng)(developmentofurbaninfrastructureintegratedmanagementinformationsystem ,以下簡稱UIIMIS)不但是政府建設行政主管部門對城市基礎設施管理的有效工具和手段 ,也能在很大程度上影響和改變政府建設行政主管部門對城市基礎設施管理的理念、思想和組織 .據(jù)此以某直轄市建委為例 ,分析了現(xiàn)行建設行政主管部門在組織結構方面存在的問題 ,提出了建立UIIMIS的原則 ,給出了UIIMIS的功能模塊 ,闡明了開發(fā)UIIMIS的方法和步驟
[Abstract]:The construction and management of urban infrastructure plays an important role in improving the comprehensive competitiveness of the city. The development of urban infrastructure integrated management information system (UIIMISIS) is not only an effective tool and means for government construction administrative departments to manage urban infrastructure. It can also influence and change the concept, thought and organization of the administrative department of government construction to the management of urban infrastructure to a great extent. Taking the construction committee of a municipality directly under the Central Government as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the organizational structure of the current construction administrative departments, puts forward the principles of establishing UIIMIS, gives the functional modules of UIIMIS, and expounds the methods and steps of developing UIIMIS.
