【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國各社會組織全面推行公文文種使用規(guī)范化的大環(huán)境并未形成 ,要滿足社會實踐對于公文文種使用規(guī)范化的要求 ,宜正視和重視不同層次、類型的社會組織之間存在的差異 ,走一條循序漸進(jìn)、分類施行的切合實際的捷徑 ,最終實現(xiàn)公文文種使用的上下有別、專業(yè) (行業(yè) )有別和內(nèi)外有別的相對規(guī)范化。
[Abstract]:At present, the environment in which all social organizations in our country implement the standardization of the use of official documents in an all-round way has not been formed. In order to meet the requirements of social practice for the standardization of the use of official documents, it is appropriate to face up to and attach importance to different levels. The differences between the types of social organizations, take a step by step, classified the implementation of practical shortcuts, and finally achieve the use of official documents up and down, professional (professional) and internal and external differences of relative standardization.
