【摘要】：正不少管理理論工作者對(duì)管理的性質(zhì)進(jìn)行了許多有益的研究,并取得了可喜的進(jìn)展.近來(lái),有的學(xué)者提出了“管理二重性”的觀點(diǎn),即管理具有自然屬性和社會(huì)屬性的論點(diǎn),并似有成定論之勢(shì).這種論點(diǎn)的理論依據(jù)是引證了馬克思的一段論述:“凡是直接生產(chǎn)過(guò)程具有社會(huì)結(jié)合過(guò)程的形態(tài),而不是表現(xiàn)為獨(dú)立生產(chǎn)者的孤立勞動(dòng)的地方,都必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生監(jiān)督勞動(dòng)和指揮勞動(dòng).個(gè)過(guò)它具有二重性.
[Abstract]:Many management theorists have made many beneficial researches on the nature of management, and have made gratifying progress. Recently, some scholars have put forward the viewpoint of "management duality", that is, management has natural and social attributes, and seems to have the tendency to reach a conclusion. The theoretical basis for this argument is to quote Marx's argument: "where direct production processes have the form of a process of social integration, rather than an isolated labour of independent producers," It is inevitable to produce supervisory labor and direct labor. It has a dual character.
