【摘要】：就區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)組織結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)行機(jī)制構(gòu)建了各自評價指標(biāo)體系,收集整理了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并利用層次分析法確定了各指標(biāo)權(quán)重,對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)組織結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了定量分析。利用分析結(jié)果對我國27個省、自治區(qū)進(jìn)行了比較分析,并提出相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the organization structure and operation mechanism of the regional innovation system, the evaluation index system is constructed, and the relevant data are collected and sorted out, and the weight of each index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The organization structure and operation mechanism of regional innovation system are analyzed quantitatively. This paper makes a comparative analysis of 27 provinces and autonomous regions in China and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
