【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為 ,易道具有超越性與操作性的統(tǒng)一 ,集中體現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)社會(huì)的管理理念。文章著重從三個(gè)方面討論了周易管理思想的特點(diǎn)。一是 ,在肯定“利”作為社會(huì)組織形成與發(fā)展基本動(dòng)力的前提下 ,揭示出“利”背后的“義”的作用 ,透視了管理者之“利”與管理之“義”的統(tǒng)一關(guān)系。二是 ,區(qū)別于以效率為最高追求目標(biāo)的近現(xiàn)代西方科學(xué)管理 ,將“和”確定為評(píng)價(jià)管理成效的根本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。三是 ,區(qū)別于老子尚陰無(wú)為的政治哲學(xué) ,《周易》體現(xiàn)出典型的有為主義的治世理念。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that Yi props have the unity of transcendence and maneuverability, which embodies the management idea of traditional Chinese society. This paper discusses the characteristics of Zhouyi management thought from three aspects. First, on the premise of affirming "benefit" as the basic motive force for the formation and development of social organization, it reveals the function of "justice" behind "benefit", and perspective the unified relationship between "benefit" and "justice" of management. Second, different from the modern western scientific management, which takes efficiency as the highest goal, the "harmony" is determined as the basic standard to evaluate the effectiveness of management. Third, different from Laozi's political philosophy, the Book of changes embodies a typical idea of governing the world.
