【摘要】：紛繁復雜的管理活動,具有深刻的內(nèi)部聯(lián)系和客觀規(guī)律。管理者應當刪繁就簡,突出重點,提高效率。近代最重要的科學方法之一“奧卡姆剃刀”(簡單性原理),受到管理學家和管理者重視,發(fā)揮了積極作用。本文主張適應快速發(fā)展、激烈競爭的市場經(jīng)濟時代要求,擺脫煩瑣哲學羈絆,實施簡約管理,提高企業(yè)的執(zhí)行力和競爭力。
[Abstract]:The complicated management activities have deep internal relation and objective law. Managers should be simplified, give prominence to the key points, and improve efficiency. One of the most important scientific methods in modern times, Occam razor (simple principle), has been attached importance to by management experts and managers, and played an active role. This paper advocates to adapt to the requirements of the market economy era of rapid development and fierce competition, to get rid of the fetters of cumbersome philosophy, to implement simple management, and to improve the executive power and competitiveness of enterprises.
