【摘要】：紛繁復(fù)雜的管理活動(dòng),具有深刻的內(nèi)部聯(lián)系和客觀規(guī)律。管理者應(yīng)當(dāng)刪繁就簡(jiǎn),突出重點(diǎn),提高效率。近代最重要的科學(xué)方法之一“奧卡姆剃刀”(簡(jiǎn)單性原理),受到管理學(xué)家和管理者重視,發(fā)揮了積極作用。本文主張適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展、激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代要求,擺脫煩瑣哲學(xué)羈絆,實(shí)施簡(jiǎn)約管理,提高企業(yè)的執(zhí)行力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:The complicated management activities have deep internal relation and objective law. Managers should be simplified, give prominence to the key points, and improve efficiency. One of the most important scientific methods in modern times, Occam razor (simple principle), has been attached importance to by management experts and managers, and played an active role. This paper advocates to adapt to the requirements of the market economy era of rapid development and fierce competition, to get rid of the fetters of cumbersome philosophy, to implement simple management, and to improve the executive power and competitiveness of enterprises.
