【摘要】：正 我所咨詢顧問是1989年起步的。委托單位從3戶發(fā)展到21戶。服務(wù)項(xiàng)目包括:財(cái)經(jīng)法規(guī)咨詢,審計(jì)會(huì)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)咨詢、理順企業(yè)帳務(wù)、生產(chǎn)成本計(jì)算、代擬財(cái)務(wù)制度、設(shè)計(jì)賬表憑證、三查前協(xié)助自查、建賬建制和培訓(xùn)審計(jì)會(huì)計(jì)人員等等。服務(wù)方式一種是登門服務(wù)、來所服務(wù)和電訊服務(wù);另一種是跟蹤、實(shí)效服務(wù)。在長達(dá)6年之久的實(shí)踐中,兩種服務(wù)方式產(chǎn)生兩種不同的結(jié)果,前一種方式作用甚微,吸引力度不大,已出現(xiàn)9戶終止委托,社會(huì)上曾經(jīng)流傳著"只收錢,不服務(wù)"的議論:后一種方式把立足點(diǎn)放在跟蹤、實(shí)效上,委托者收到了較好的效益,社會(huì)上產(chǎn)生了"寧花錢、請(qǐng)審計(jì)"
[Abstract]:The consultant I consulted started in 1989. Entrusted units from 3 households to 21 households. The service items include: financial regulations consulting, auditing accounting consulting, straightening out enterprise accounts, production cost calculation, preparing financial system, designing accounting documents, assisting self-checking before three checks, establishing accounting system and training audit accountants, etc. One type of service is a boarding service, to service and telecommunications services; the other is tracking, effectiveness services. In the six years of practice, the two modes of service have produced two different results. The former has little effect and little attraction. Nine households have stopped entrusting. Discussion of "not serving": the latter way puts the foothold on tracking, the actual effect, the entrustment receives the better benefit, the society has produced "prefer to spend money, please audit"
