【摘要】：組織設計理論是管理學研究的核心內容,不斷優(yōu)化組織結構以應對組織成長和持續(xù)提高組織績效,對于管理學家和實踐者都是一個永恒的話題。本文在分析現(xiàn)代組織設計的內容、影響組織設計因素的基礎上,指出了現(xiàn)代組織設計的發(fā)展新趨勢。
[Abstract]:The theory of organizational design is the core of management research. It is an eternal topic for management experts and practitioners to constantly optimize the organizational structure to cope with organizational growth and improve organizational performance. On the basis of analyzing the content of modern organization design and influencing factors of organization design, this paper points out the new development trend of modern organization design.
