【摘要】:正 一、被動(dòng)學(xué)與主動(dòng)學(xué)的關(guān)系培訓(xùn)院校的同志們大多都有這樣一種感受,對(duì)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的培訓(xùn)工作越來(lái)越難做,生員問(wèn)題是個(gè)大問(wèn)題。究其原因:一是近兩年來(lái)企業(yè)效益普遍滑坡,經(jīng)營(yíng)困難,有的虧損嚴(yán)重,職工工資沒(méi)著落,加之改制工作牽扯精力,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)無(wú)暇顧及培訓(xùn);另一個(gè)重要原因是不少企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人認(rèn)為,培訓(xùn)是一種形式,學(xué)
