【摘要】：本文以檢索到的有關(guān)組織形象的論文作為第一手資料,從研究主題、研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),有關(guān)組織形象理論的研究在國內(nèi)正處在一個高峰時期,研究成果豐富、理論日趨成熟。與歐美相比,深入研究適合國內(nèi)自身政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化特色的組織形象的論文還不多,以及全球化背景下,外國的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的特色,以幫助中國組織適應(yīng)國際競爭環(huán)境,取得相應(yīng)的成果。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the topic and contents of the research, the author finds that the research on the theory of organizational image is in a peak period in China, and the research results are rich.The theory is maturing.Compared with Europe and the United States, there are few articles on the organization image suitable for domestic political, economic and cultural characteristics, and the political, economic and cultural characteristics of foreign countries in the context of globalization.To help Chinese organizations adapt to the international competitive environment and achieve corresponding results.
