虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通模式對(duì)信任和績效的作用

【摘要】:本研究采用資源兩難的情景模擬,研究虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)中溝通模式對(duì)于團(tuán)隊(duì)信任和績效的作用,120名被試參與了實(shí)驗(yàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)在資源兩難任務(wù)中,溝通模式對(duì)信任和績效的作用均達(dá)到顯著水平,團(tuán)隊(duì)的信任和績效水平在網(wǎng)絡(luò)式溝通模式中最高,其次是層級(jí)模式,在序列模式中最低,顯示了溝通模式在虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)中作用方式。
[Abstract]:In this study, a situational simulation of resource dilemmas was used to study the effects of communication patterns on team trust and performance in a virtual team. 120 participants participated in the experiment.The study found that in the task of resource dilemma, the role of communication mode on trust and performance reached a significant level, the team trust and performance level was the highest in the network communication mode, followed by the hierarchical model.At the lowest level in sequential mode, it shows how communication mode works in virtual teams.
